Nazi? Someone on FaceBook called me a Nazi and a racist last night. I made a comment on Gavin Newsom, Lt. Gov. of California FB page that all he does is put people down and say nothing but hate and name calling. So, one guy named Clark called me a racist and a Nazi. This is the new political bigot attack line from liberals in California, in fact the state has become nothing more than hate. If you do not agree with the very left liberal agenda you are then called names. They have no argument - just hate comments. This is not American.
Traveling from the West Cost of California to the East Coast this year, I found that there is an America out there that is totally different. Only in the states of California and New York do they no longer think with common sense of what is right and wrong, instead they endorse hate and attack fellow Americans. I love America, go across America, listen to the conversations of community and family, restaurants with signs that say, “No Cell Phone". Across America people are not self-absorbed, they are sitting there talking about what they heard in church, or about the next-door neighbors, and family. It is a totally different American then what you hear coming out of California and New York. In California and New York, they are so cell phone connected, self-centered and self-absorbed, that they have forgotten about what America is all about. They have forgotten that there are Americans with an American first point of view instead of self-centered views or liberal views that turn them into the opposite direction of what America is all about.
Unity with differences is what America has always been. Americans work things out, no matter who is president. For the first time in American history we are seeing child like selfish views and actions. That is not American. If you have a disagreement you work with others to get to a point that is good for all Americans - not just one side.
Americans don’t call fellow Americans with hate names. If you have an argument on why you disagree – state it. But if you don’t have an argument you never revert to calling people name that are hateful in nature. It is revolting to spread hate of any kind, but to call people hateful names is very low and degrading.
Let’s look at the definition of calling people names: Name calling is abusive or insulting language referring to a person or group, a verbal abuse. This phenomenon is studied by a variety of academic disciplines from anthropology, to child psychology, to politics.
If we look at the word “Hate”, we find the following:
1. to dislike (something) intensely; detest
2. (intr) to be unwilling (to be or do something)
3. intense dislike
4. informal a person or thing that is hated (esp in the phrase pet hate)
5. (modifier) expressing or arousing feelings of hatred: hate mail.
All of those five items are used by individuals that have an extreme liberal political view, they dislike intensely and detest any conservative point of view or persons that are conservative. They are unwilling to listen to other Americans point of view. They have such an intense dislike for others points of views that they call people Nazis and racists. They hate others points of views. They express or arouse feelings of hatred towards others points of views, they attack, they use ANTIFA, BLM and other hate groups to attack and push their political agenda of hate. Hate has gotten out of hand.
I remember when I was a kid and I was not happy with a school mate I would say, “I hate him/her”. My mom always was quick to respond that hating is the same as killing someone”. She was right, hate does kill people or tries to kill others views or freedom of speech. Hate has been used to kill a person’s religious belief, we have seen it through ISIS in killing Christians and other points in history that have tried to do the same. We see this happening in America by those on the far left with a dangerous point of political views.
We have always had hate in this nation. There is no President that can end hate, but they are usually the first ones to use hate to divide a nation. They use hate to reach their political goals, which does great harm to this nation. The funny thing is that every time that they use hate to try and divide Americans know exactly what they are trying to do. Americans sit back and listen to and see the actions of hate. They see a politician trying to do evil on their country and then they go to the voting booth and reject hate, and those same hate spreading politicians don’t understand why they lost the election. It happens every time, Americans are not as dumb as politicians. That is a fact.
So, is there an answer to stop hate? Nope, no answer because everything thinks and sees things differently. However, we can fight hate. Remember when our grandparents would say, “don’t hate people – hate their ways”. Political hate, that is a battle that has to be stopped by commonsense discussion. However, people with such hate determine they have the right to call you names for that discussion. Have a sound argument, never resort to name calling, and stay true to your argument. Once you call people names you just lost the argument, you have sunk to a new low.
I remember when my Mom heard that I hated someone as a child, as a good God-fearing mother, she would say the following, “"You have heard that the law of Moses says, `Love your neighbor' and hate your enemies. But I say, love your enemy! Pray for those who persecute you! In that way, you will be acting as true children of your Father in heaven. For he gives his sunlight to both the evil and the good, and he sends rain on the just and on the unjust, too." Matthew 5:43-44
There is no real answer to hate except to stand firm against any kind of hate. But never resort to hating the hater, it gets you nowhere. The True lesson to learn about hate, isn’t to reflect that feeling of destruction back out, but instead to release judgements in a kind and gentle manner to grow from. Hate never allows you to grow, it only allows you to create more hate, and that is a worthless form of life.
It is time for America to stop hating. Politicians have got to learn to work together, no matter if you hate the other person. Stop the calling of names. Americans, stop calling other Americans names. Hate is he most worthless form of an American, time to stop and work together.
“Throughout life people will make you mad, disrespect you and treat you bad. Let God deal with the things they do, cause hate in your heart will consume you too.”
― Will Smith
Life doesn't have to be complicated. Hate complicates everything.
